Dean Collard
Executive Director
Dean Collard is the Executive Director of Amity National and a respected Aboriginal Elder whose cultural knowledge, strategic judgement and long-standing commitment to children and families guide the organisation’s direction, governance and development. As a Traditional Owner with cultural connections to Whadjuk, Ballardong and Wilmen Country, he brings a deep responsibility to community, Country and future generations.
Jillian Collard
Director
Jillian Collard is a proud Noongar woman with cultural connections to Whadjuk and Ballardong Country. With more than 25 years of experience across government, community and Aboriginal affairs, she is recognised for strengthening Aboriginal voices, advancing culturally informed decision-making and creating practical pathways to improved outcomes for Aboriginal people across Western Australia.
